If two or more tracks tie for the most amount of votes the easiest track will be selected. However, if PAC-MAN Stadium or NAMCO Circuit is one of the tracks with the tied highest vote then that specific track will be selected. In the case that both PAC-MAN Stadium and NAMCO Circuit tie for the most votes then the players will race on PAC-MAN Stadium. After voting for a track, the player votes if they want to race in Normal or Mirror.
